Scientists discover Antioxidant benefits

On a serious note according to an article in the October 2005 issue of Prevention magazine the flavonols in dark chocolate have been shown to lower bad cholesterol, improve blood flow, have 5 times the antioxidants of blueberries, and are helpful to those with cardiovascular problems.

All my cookies and candy are enrobed in ultra dark chocolate and, therefore, may you be healthy and happy with chocolate and Sweet Poetry in your life.
